For over 36 years worked for advertising agencies in 12 countries across the world. Fluent in three languages, he worked as Creative Director of McCann Erickson’s based in London and East Africa. J Walter Thompson in Saudi Arabia and Leo Burnett’s in Hong Kong as well as working for other top ad agencies globally creating numerous campaigns for leading international brands.
His key achievements include, assisting in the promotion of plastic rubbish to be recycled into a timber substitute called ECO WOOD, in Dubai for over 20 years! These eco-friendly projects have contributed to saving local environments and millions of trees around the world, as well as our fragile planet. After a massive natural disaster our projects have included building classrooms in Africa and medical centres in Asia. As well as a marina, zoos, playgrounds and a coral reef in the Persian Gulf - all made from waste, and all collected by children from over 60 different nationalities! The technology is now beginning development in the UK.
Gerry is contracted by Impac.world as ‘Vice President of Public Relations’ delivering green eco-friendly energy, solutions & technologies, which will provide fresh drinking water, nutritional food, and green energy globally! Gerry talents also include being a successful polo player for the Dubai, Kenyan and USA national teams.
